Order a repeat prescription

The practice operates a computerised repeat prescription system.

Please co-operate with the following steps

In an emergency if you have to request repeats by telephone please telephone 01505 324249 and leave a message, stating clearly your name, address and full details of what you require. Messages are regularly reviewed. It is not necessary to speak to a receptionist in person to request a repeat prescription.

You can arrange for your regular chemist to collect the prescription for you.
